• Provides heating throughout the building and is able to maintain a comfortable temperature in apartments during the heating season, regardless of their location in the building;

• Is highly energy-efficient because of the heating network insulation and deployment in the basement ceiling insulation zone;
  

• In case of necessity allows to reduce the indoor temperature by means of thermostatic radiator control valves;

• Allows to reduce the overall energy consumption of the heating system and circulation pump operation by means of optimised and balanced coolant flows in the heating system;

• Allows to maximise the use of solar gains during the heating season.
