Monitoring system

In order to be able to adequately assess the quality of the project, the parameters of microclimate and heating, we, RENESCO, install monitoring system or energy management system (EMS).

Monitoring system (EMS) advantages:

outdoor air temperature;
temperature in apartments;
electricity consumption;
thermal energy consumption (including thermal load);
hot water consumption;
heat source operating, engineering technical parameters;
it is important to ensure promised results of renovated buildings and microclimate throughout the year.

The monitoring system is a tool that enables us to monitor and remotely control the situation in the building, to respond to emergency and provide efficient energy management in the building.
