Energy Performance Contract

An Energy Performance Contract (EPC) is a tripartite agreement signed by the authorized representatives of the building, the building management company, and RENESCO.
The contract offered by RENESCO is broader, as it includes not only improvements in building energy efficiency but also comprehensive renovation of the building.

How does it work?

RENESCO’s Energy Performance Contract is designed to renovate your building, making it safe and comfortable for the next 50–100 years.

The Energy Performance Contract allows RENESCO to take responsibility for the financial, technical, administrative, and energy-related obligations throughout the entire renovation process, while also guaranteeing maintenance of the completed works for 20 years.

During the first 20 years, the achieved energy savings are used to repay the loans taken by RENESCO.

After this period, all energy savings go directly to the apartment owners.
