On August 6, a meeting with residents took place, during which we continued work on one of the first district-scale renovation projects in Riga. This is a special case — for the first time in the city, renovation is being planned on the scale of an entire district!
Within the RenewALL project, conceptual plans are currently being developed for three districts in Riga, including the Mārupes and Gardenes Street district.
However, RenewALL is not only about building renovation — it is about creating a shared, high-quality, and vibrant environment. Resident involvement and cooperation are essential to creating an environment where people enjoy living. The district-based approach allows the area to be developed from a unified perspective, ensuring broader financing opportunities and more effective solutions.
This approach marks a new direction for development in Riga, demonstrating the ability to think more broadly and create a more attractive and sustainable urban environment for every resident.
