RENESCO Begins Management of Four Building Renovation Projects in Lielvārde and Lēdmane

RENESCO’s subsidiary, SIA “RENESCO Pārvaldnieks”, has been entrusted with the management of four apartment building renovation projects in the Ogres Municipality under the ALTUM Multi-Apartment Building Energy Efficiency Support Programme:

Avotu Street 4, Lielvārde

The project includes the following renovation works and improvements:

1. insulation of the building fasade, foundations, basement ceiling, and roof;
2. replacement of windows and balcony doors;
3. renovation of stairwells;
4. upgrading of the electrical installation system;
5. improvements to the ventilation, heating, and water supply systems.

Total project cost - EUR 1,727,351.48

Edgara Kauliņa Avenue 10, Lielvārde

The project includes the following renovation works and improvements:

1. insulation of the building fasade, foundations, basement ceiling, and roof;
2. replacement of windows and balcony doors;
3. renovation of stairwells;
4. upgrading of the electrical installation system;
5. improvements to the ventilation, heating, and water supply systems.

Total project cost - EUR 944,791.37

Raiņa Street 11, Lielvārde

The project includes the following renovation works and improvements:

1. insulation of the building fasade, foundations, basement ceiling, and roof;
2. replacement of windows and balcony doors;
3. renovation of stairwells;
4. improvements to the ventilation, heating, and water supply systems

Total project cost - EUR 1,242,620.11

Bērzi, Lēdmane

The project includes the following renovation works and improvements:

1. ⁠insulation of the building’s external walls, foundations, basement ceiling, and attic;
2. replacement of windows and doors;
3. renovation of loggias and stairwells;
4. improvement of the ventilation system;
5. reconstruction of the heating and water supply systems.

Total project cost - EUR 1,311,202.21
