The multi-apartment residential building was commissioned in 1980.

It contains 33 apartments with a total heated area of 1,682 m²

The building was renovated in 2012.

During the building energy audit and technical inspection, it was determined that the overall technical condition of the building was partially satisfactory, with certain building envelope structures requiring renovation and reinforcement.

The building was renovated to provide adequate protection against weather conditions by insulating the building envelope, upgrading the heating system, and reconstructing the hot water supply system. Under the signed 20-year Energy Management Contract, the building is professionally maintained with a guaranteed 46% reduction in heat energy consumption.

The following renovation works were carried out:

  • Installation of an energy monitoring system

Total renovation cost: 245 489 EUR / 145,95 EUR/m2,
