The objective of the project is to reduce the building’s heat energy consumption by 47% by providing appropriate protection against weather conditions, insulating the building envelope, renovating the heating and hot water systems, and ensuring professional building management (Energy Management Agreement with SIA “INVESCO” for a period of 20 years), which guarantees this reduction.
From August 2019 to February 2020, the building renovation was carried out, including the following works:
- Renovation and insulation of façade walls and plinth
- Insulation of the roof above apartments
- Insulation of the basement ceiling
- Renewal of the roof covering
- Replacement of windows and doors in common areas
- Replacement of apartment windows
- Renovation of balconies
- Repair of entrance canopies and porches
- Renovation and insulation of staircases
- Renovation of the heating system
- Reconstruction of the hot water system
Total renovation costs: 555 214,02 EUR / 190,72 EUR/m2
part of the costs was covered by the European Regional Development Fund.
