The building renovation works have been carried out with the aim of ensuring appropriate protection against weather conditions by insulating the enclosing structures, renovating the heating and hot water systems, and professionally maintaining the building within the framework of a 20-year energy efficiency service agreement, ensuring:
- primary thermal energy savings of 194.01 kWh/m² per year;
- reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 70.19 t CO₂ eq./year.
The following renovation works were carried out for the building:
- territory improvement works;
- insulation of the ventilated facade;
- insulation of the plinth, basement ceiling, and attic;
- renovation of the heating system;
- replacement of windows and stairwell doors;
- roof repair;
- improvement of the ventilation system;
- cosmetic repairs in the stairwells;
- glazing of loggias.
Total renovation costs – EUR 686 982,13 or EUR 385,28/m².
European Union co-financing – EUR 309 141,96
