The building was renovated to provide adequate protection against weather conditions by insulating the building envelope and upgrading the heating and hot water systems.
SIA “INVESCO” ensures building maintenance under an Energy Performance Contract for 20 years, with a targeted reduction in heat energy consumption of 55%.
The following renovation works were carried out:
- Wall repair and insulation
- Foundation and plinth repair and insulation
- Roof renovation and insulation
- Insulation of the basement ceiling
- Replacement of windows in common areas
- Replacement of doors in common areas
- Replacement of apartment windows
- Renovation of loggias
- Renovation and insulation of staircases
- Repair of entrance canopies and porches
- Renovation of the heating system
- Renovation of the hot water system
- Renovation of the ventilation system
Total renovation cost: EUR 348 899 / EUR 95,11 per m²
Part of the costs was covered by the European Regional Development Fund.
